An Issue Tracking system is a software package designed to manage and maintains the list of issues that arise in an organizations which needs to be solved soon. Issue tracking systems are commonly used in an organization to resolve issues that raise either by that organization other employees or by their customers.
Each Issue in this system may have an urgency value assigned to it, based on the overall importance of that issue. Urgency Value has been given as High, Medium and Low so that High rated issues can be resolved first and then medium and low accordingly.
The person who is responsible for that issue can be intimated through mail or by login to this issue tracker software package. Issues resolved can be changed as closed either by the person who raised the issue or by the person who resolved the issue.
